Parking services can be paid in two ways :-
One can make the payments Directly By using Mpesa By:

For one to register a new business he/she must first visit any of the revenue office located near the business operation area. An officer will be sent to physically assess the size of the business, location etc. upon which an invoice will be issued.
YES. The deadline for making payments for single business Permit is 31st March 2022. Failure to make payments at the said date, a penalty of 10% of the SBP fee will be charged.
Yes. Partial payments can be made for SBP but for one to avoid SBP penalty the partial payments should be completed on or before 31st March before close of business.
Currently only parking fees can be paid through the Laikipia County Revenue ussd i.e *861#. Other county services can be paid either by visiting the various revenue offices or by the self service portal.
Land rates and sbp payments can be made by visiting any of our revenue offices. After the payments are made, an official receipt is issued to the customer and for SBP a business permit is issued to the client.
When one fails to pay for parking fees, the revenue officers clamp the vehicle and a demand is issued to the customer indicating the amount payable by the customer which depends on the mistake made and the type of vehicle i.e.

One can get a parking sticker by visiting our various revenue offices valid for one month with the following charges: -
For one to apply for a liquor license, one visits any of the revenue offices upon which the customer is issued with a liquor application form and a payment of kshs 1000 is paid to the revenue offices and an official receipt issued to the customer.
Once the liquor application is approved the customer can now be issued with invoices and after payments are made a liquor license is issued to the client.
A reversal application form which is available in all the revenue offices is issued to the client and after the client fills the form, the form is submitted to various department for confirmation of the payments after which the reversal is initiated and once its finally approved the money gets back to the customer.
The client writes a letter to the County Secretary indicating the reason for failure to make payments promptly. Once the waiver is approved the client is notified and all the penalties are waived
